We’ve upgraded our knowledge base to deliver a faster, smarter, and more interactive support experience. Whether you're troubleshooting an issue, exploring features, or learning best practices, the new Help Center is designed to help you find answers quickly and easily get the support you need.

While our Help Center is excclusively available to dealers for now, the Josh team will also be adding public articles for homeowners and curious learners in the near future!

To get to our knowledge base, Josh dealers can simply navigate to Josh Help from the Dealer Portal, or go directly to support.josh.ai. The Help Center hosts privileged information so make sure to sign in with a credentialed dealer account!

The Help Center has been restructured to make browsing and discovery more intuitive. By organizing articles into clearer categories and sections, we've made searching through our knowledge base much easier and more accessible.

As users find articles and the information they need, our knowledge base suggests additional relevant content based on their topic and search history. The result is more visibility and access to important information!

Submit Support Tickets Directly

As always, help is only a click away if users can't find the answers they're looking for.

Dealers can now submit support tickets directly through the Help Center using the "Submit a Request" option at the top of the page. The Josh Support team will receive the request and follow up via email.
