The addition of direct wired and wireless TRO.Y IP Bridge shade support enhances flexibility to the Josh.ai environmental ecosystem while empowering custom installers, interior designers, and homeowners seeking bespoke, high-performance window-covering solutions.
The integration delivers full feature parity across Josh.ai’s intuitive app and natural voice control interfaces. Shade Innovations (SI) customers can enjoy precise percentage-base control when opening or closing their horizontal and vertically oriented shades, enabling effortless daylight management throughout their living spaces.
After authorizing the integration within Josh.ai’s NIMBLE DevSuite, Shade Innovations TRO.Y IP Gateways will automatically populate the Josh.ai web portal. The instant discovery of a Shade Innovations system’s configuration and programming is designed with installers in mind, streamlining setup and accelerating the deployment process.
Clients will experience an unmatched level of convenience when setting the ambiance to their exact specifications. Every member of the family is empowered with granular device controllers in the Josh App, the ability to create custom scenes to match any mood, and with contextual voice commands across the entire home. Commands like “Hey Josh, close the west blackout shades after sunset” or “Hey Josh, dim the lights, draw the sheers, and watch Netflix” illustrate the seamless, limitless potential of a fully integrated smart home.
