Josh.ai delivered millions of times to execute seamless connected living experiences. Through touch, text, and voice, users were empowered to take control of their environments with a control system as dynamic as their busy lifestyles.
In 2025, Josh.ai experienced record-breaking usage executing more than 158 million actions. Nearly doubling the 83 million actions executed in 2024. Voice usage also rose considerably with over 5 million commands processed, marking a 37% jump from 3.6 million commands processed in 2024. While the increases in actions and commands illustrate exciting growth, the significant jump in the number of actions taken shows how clients are utilizing Josh.ai even more as a whole-home automation platform.
To put these numbers in perspective:

The Josh One entry-level control processor was completely redesigned with an ultracompact form factor and increased versatility so that everyone can live smarter. A Bigger & Bolder Josh Touchscreen
Following the successful roll out of the first 8” Josh Touchscreen, the biggest request from customers was a larger option. Josh.ai delivered at CEDIA Expo, debuting a 10” model for users seeking more screen real estate to enjoy their smart home experience to the fullest.
Expected to ship before the end of the year, Josh Edge reimagines handheld control in the smart home. Josh Edge includes a multi-directional navigation pad, dedicated media buttons, and a central tap-to-talk microphone button for contextual voice commands. The remote’s most novel feature is its upper six interchangeable buttons, which provide the ultimate in personalization and adaptability. Whether the remote is programmed to control a room’s devices, activate custom scenes like "Movie Time," or a shortcut for favorite channels and streaming services, it can be configured to control any environment.

Josh.ai earned industry accolades across multiple categories in 2025. The company was named a finalist for the CEDIA Best New Software Award with its groundbreaking AI X OS, as well as for Best New Hardware with its next generation Josh One system processor.
