Josh Micro has a far-field microphone array capable of hearing commands from across the room. It has a multi-touch capacitive surface that can be customized as needed. Each Micro is room aware, so a command like "lights on" in the kitchen will behave differently than saying "lights on" in the living room. Josh Micro is equipped with sensors that make the A.I. even stronger, and each unit can handle multiple commands in a single utterance. For example, try saying, "Okay Josh, turn off the lights, close the shades, and watch Travelers!"

Resetting your Micro will erase your settings and require you to setup network connectivity again. In order to reset a Josh Micro, you first need to enter maintenance mode. To do so, press and hold the top surface where the dog logo is for six seconds. You'll see the light segments become red, blue and green. Double tap the blue LED segment to reset the Micro. Take note - If the Micro is changing owners, we recommend performing a clear action (see "How do I clear all data from my micro?").

Be careful—we recommend clearing all data from your Micro only in the event that it is changing owners. In most cases a factory reset is preferred. In order to clear all data from a Josh Micro, including user data and logs, you first need to enter maintenance mode. To do so, press and hold the top surface where the dog logo is for six seconds. You'll see the light segments become red, blue and green. Double tap the red LED segment to clear all data from the Micro.
